Licence

Every file from sans.supply comes with one of two licences. Both are written to be read in a minute. If something is not covered here, email sans@vasser.no and you will get a straight answer.

Individual

For one person. Your own work and your freelance work.

  • Use the files in as many projects and for as many clients as you like, for as long as you like.
  • Present, publish, print and advertise the results without limits: websites, app store listings, pitch decks, social media, ads, packaging, print.
  • The files stay with you. Do not pass them on to clients, collaborators or anyone else. If they need the files, they need their own licence.

Company

For one company, any size. Everything in Individual, for everyone who works there.

  • Share the files with people inside your company, including staff and freelancers working for you.
  • Do not pass the files on to clients, partners or anyone outside your company.

Free packs come with the Company licence at no cost.

What neither licence allows

  • Sharing, reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the files, in whole or in part, with or without changes. This includes uploading them to file-sharing sites, template marketplaces, mockup generators and design tool libraries.
  • Using the photographs on their own as stock imagery. They are meant to carry your design.
  • Using the files in a product where the mockup itself is what is being sold, such as a template, theme, generator or another mockup pack.
  • Using the files to train or fine-tune machine learning models.
  • Registering a trademark or logo that consists of the photographs.

Templates

Index is open source under the MIT licence and lives on GitHub. The two licences above apply to mockup packs and to any paid template.

The small print

  • The licence starts when your order is complete and lasts forever. It does not expire and there is nothing to renew.
  • The licence is tied to the person or company that bought it and cannot be transferred or sold on.
  • You own what you make with the files. sans.supply and Vasser AS keep the copyright to the files themselves.
  • No attribution is required. A mention is always welcome.
  • If a file is broken or not as described, email within 14 days and it will be fixed or refunded. Beyond that, digital files cannot be returned once downloaded.
  • The files are provided as they are. Vasser AS is not liable for how you use them or for anything that follows from that use, to the extent the law allows.
  • Vasser AS may end the licence if these terms are broken. Norwegian law applies.

Licence version 1, September 2026. Purchases made under an earlier version keep that version's terms.
